Dear Friends:

I'm sending this urgent email to ask you to pray for me and my team as we travel to India beginning tomorrow, Nov. 11. I am listing some specific prayer requests below, as well as the schedule of the trip.

…As you know the Lord provided $170,000 for us to build or purchase a new building to house the girls who live in our Mordecai's House facility in Andhra Pradesh, India. (Thank you to all of you who gave!) One of my main goals for this trip is to find a suitable building. But we need prayer for this decision! We want everything to be handled in a responsible way. The girls (shown below) are praying as well because they want the right home!

…I am really excited that my oldest daughter, Margaret, is traveling with me on this trip, and she is bringing a young woman from her church in South Carolina. Please pray for Margaret (below, left) and Nora Sampson. They will be ministering to the girls at Mordecai's House, and Nora--who is a dental hygenist--will be doing a seminar for the girls to teach them about how to care for their teeth. We will be distributing dental care kits to all of them. Margaret and Nora will also be helping me in all of the meetings we do. On the last day of the trip Margaret will turn 30! This is so special for me to share this time with her.

…I will also be accompanied by my good friend Ian Van Der Merwe (below), a pastor from His Church in Durban, South Africa. Ian and I connected when I was there in February. He will help me minister in all the different events we do, including two pastors' conferences. I am so grateful I will have Ian with me to carry the load of ministry and to keep me encouraged!

…When we finish our time in India, Margaret and Nora will fly home and Ian and I will fly to Colombo, Sri Lanka, to do four more days of ministry with Pastor Dinesh Michel (shown below with his wife and daughter). We will be doing separate meetings for pastors, women, and youth.

…For those of you who can pray daily, I am listing each day's events below:

Nov. 11  Travel to India (this is a very long journey!)

Nov. 13 Arrive in Hyderabad, India
where I will speak at the Pentecostal Holiness Bible college graduation service and then at an Assemblies of God church in the evening.

Nov. 14 Meeting for young couples in Hyderabad in the morning and youth service in the evening

Nov. 15 Sunday services at Sharon Assembly of God, then fly to the city of Rajamundry and drive to Tanuku, where the Mordecai's House is located. We will have a welcome party with the girls that evening.

Nov. 16 Meeting with local political leaders, TV interview and Dental Camp with the girls from Mordecai's House

Nov. 17 Conferences for women and pastors in Tanuku

Nov. 18 Look for property, take girls to water park

Nov. 19 Lee and Ian fly to Sri Lanka, Margaret and Nora fly home

Nov. 20 Pastors' Conference in Sri Lanka

Nov. 21 Women's Conference in Sri Lanka

Nov. 22 Church service and youth service in Sri Lanka, then Lee and Ian begin journey home to USA and South Africa in the evening

Nov. 23 Lee arrives home

Here are a few other specific requests:

*** Please pray for safety and health for the team. Please pray for Margaret especially because she is FOUR MONTHS PREGNANT with our first granddaughter! Margaret is very excited that she can go on this trip while she carries this special blessing in her womb. We feel it will be a prophetic journey. Also, while Margaret turns 30 on Nov. 20, I will go to Sri Lanka the next day---and it will be the 30th country I have preached in! We feel there is something very significant about this trip! (If you get more insight into this, let us know!)

***Please pray for all of our flights to be on time since we have to meet up with Ian at the right times. Please pray for strength as well, since the flights are very long. When I return to the U.S., I will fly from Sri Lanka to Mumbai to Paris to Detroit to Orlando! Four flights!

***Please pray for the process of finding the right building for our girls. We also need the right legal advisers, as well as favor with property owners.

*** Please pray for a strong anointing on all four of us as we minister in the various meetings. We want to see salvations, healings and the impartation of God's truth. We especially want to see women healed from abuse, since many women are suffering in both India and Sri Lanka because of gender prejudice. This will be a revolutionary event in Sri Lanka, since few people preach about the elevation and restoration of women. We pray that it will be groundbreaking in the spiritual realm!

*** My wife Deborah will also be driving to South Carolina to babysit our two grandsons while Margaret is with me. Please pray for her safety!

We are very thankful for your love and concern for us. Please continue to pray for all of our projects in India, Guatemala, Peru and Colombia. We are trusting God to move us forward so we can complete these projects and proclaim Christ's healing power to the women and girls who are suffering from gender-based violence.
